Non-formal and Informal Learning
Non-formal and Informal learning in community learning centers play a vital role in providing educational opportunities and fostering community development. They serve as inclusive spaces where individuals of all ages and backgrounds can engage in lifelong learning.
By bringing together experts and practitioners from both regions, we seek to promote knowledge exchange, highlight best practices, and inspire collaborative approaches to enhance community-based learning.
Objectives:
- To examine the different models and approaches of community learning centers in Asia and Europe.
- To share success stories and best practices in community-based learning from various contexts.
- To explore the role of community learning centers in promoting social inclusion, lifelong learning, and community development.
- To discuss challenges, opportunities, and strategies for strengthening and sustaining community learning centers.
- To facilitate cross-regional collaboration and networking among community learning center stakeholders.
